1) About SkyWave and acceptance of Terms

Golden Ridge Base (“SkyWave”, “we”, “us”) provides this website located at goldenridgebase.sbs and tour operating services. By using the site, contacting us, or booking services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2) Website use

  • You must use the site lawfully and not disrupt its operation.
  • You will not attempt to access data without authorization, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission.
  • We may update, suspend, or restrict the site without notice.

We aim for accuracy but content may change. Photos are illustrative; inclusions and itineraries may vary by date/availability. Always confirm details in your quote/booking confirmation.

4) Quotes, bookings, and contract

  • A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed. A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation/invoice.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details and for all persons on your booking.
  • Special requests (dietary needs, room types) are considered but not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

5) Prices, deposits, and payments

  • Prices are stated in the currency shown in your quote/invoice and typically exclude personal expenses and travel insurance.
  • Deposits and balance due dates are specified on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation per our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before a contract is formed.

6) Changes and cancellations by you

Requests to change or cancel must be sent in writing by the lead traveler. Fees may apply. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may make minor changes to improve safety/flow. If a significant change or cancellation is necessary due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), we will offer alternatives or credits per our policies.

8) Travel requirements

  • You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, vaccinations, and meeting entry conditions.
  • We are not liable for denial of entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

9) Conduct and safety

  • Follow guide/supplier instructions and local regulations. We may remove any traveler whose behavior risks safety or seriously impacts others, without refund.
  • Some activities carry inherent risks; you accept such risks when participating.

10) Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation, baggage, supplier default where available) is strongly recommended and may be required for certain departures.

11) Limitation of liability

  • We arrange services from independent suppliers. Our liability is limited to losses directly arising from our breach of contract or negligence and is capped at the total price paid by you for the affected services, except where prohibited by law.
  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their policies.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to SkyWave. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.
